LATEST | Canucks top prospect Jonathan Lekkerimaki scores beautiful clutch goal
Jonathan Lekkerimaki started the 2023-2024 campaign on a great note. With his SHL team, the winger has been outstanding and his performance continued at the World Juniors where he was one of the most dominant forward out there.
Last night, the Canucks' top pick in 2022 showed a glimpse of his ability and scored a magnificent O.T. Winner on a 4-on-3 power play:
The Swede showed his clutch factor and his ability to remain cool when the stakes are at their highest.
He now has 11 goals and 20 points through 34 SHL games. Lekkerimaki will most likely be joining the Abbotsford Canucks once his season comes to an end.
