There's been a whole lot of rumours circulating regarding Conor Garland, but despite is agent and Allvin's effort. They have not yet been able to positively answer his trade request. Recent reports and interviews, now suggests that it may have been for the best.
Since Garland entered the NHL, he's only been with the Coyotes and the Canucks, two franchises who haven't been excessively victorious over the past few years. The small forward talked about how he felt to be in a competitive team:
Garland has really improve his output as of late and he's been thriving on a line with Dakota Joshua. Garland, a winger whose best work comes at 5-on-5, managed 7 points through the first 22 games, but what he's been bringing to the team goes beyond that. Hopefully the points keep on adding and they can truly reflect what he brings for this team.
