Brock Boeser Given Huge Honour By The Vancouver Canucks Fan Base, And It's Not What You Think
The crew over at Canucks Army recently ran a fan poll to see which current Vancouver Canucks player would take the crown as the team's "best looking" player and forward Brock Boeser has emerged as the biggest heart throb on the team.
It's no secret that the Vancouver Canucks has it's fair share of good looking players over the years.
From Kevin Bieksa, Roberto Luongo, Alex Burrows, and the Sedin twins, the Canucks have always had a few studs in the lineup.
As for today's roster, it's still packed with handsome faces, but the race for the title came down to just two players - sparking heated debate among Canucks fans.
Brock Boeser edges out Taylor Pyatt as "best looking Vancouver Canuck
Taylor Pyatt may have hung up his skates over a decade ago, but he's always been a fan favourite among the Canucks faithful - and not just for his unique skillset on the ice. His good looks definitely didn't go unnoticed...
The former first round draft pick played in Vancouver from 2006-2009 and always seemed to draw plenty of attention from the fanbase... and we can probably guess why!
While the poll ultimately came down to
Brock Boeser and Taylor Pyatt as the "best looking", Boeser took the crown.
Although Brock Boeser has been named the most handsome on the team, his on-ice performance last year was anything but pretty.
According to The Hockey News he finished with a five-on-five Expected Goals For Percentage of 46.95 and a High Danger Scoring Chances For Percentage of 44.82. As for his Wins Above Replacement, his 0.2 ranked tied for 15th among Vancouver skaters in 2024-25.
Based on his play for the entire year, Boeser gets a B- letter grade. While he did have ups and downs, he was still able to produce with 25 goals and 50 points. If Boeser can return to his 2023-24 form, his new contract could become a steal in the near future.
