Elias Pettersson has noticeably been playing with an injury and it's clearly starting to affect his play. The rumor has been going around pretty much since the season started.

After completely dominating the league, the Canucks' superstar has only managed 4 points through the last 7 games while turning the puck way more than his usual self. Missed plays and avoiding to take draws have drawn major attention to the player's health.

What seems to be truly worrying is that Rick Dhaliwal seemed to be hinting that Pettersson's injury was wrist-related, which would explain his inability to take faceoffs.

The Canucks have been standing back and letting it happen while his inability to perform at his best as affected the team's on ice results. Is it time they let him heal properly?
