Famous Vancouver native actor looking to buy a Canadian Team
The Vancouver native actor/producer/entrepreneur Ryan Reynolds has openly stated that he was looking into the possibility of buying Eugene Melnyk's legacy in the Ottawa Senators.
Reynolds has been accumulating his fortune in the cinematographic industry in the last 25 years. He's lately been recognized as Marvel's antihero DeadPool.
According to Celebritynetworth.com, Deadpool's estimated value is just about $150M. Based on a report by CBS, the Sens have the 6th lowest value in the NHL, since recent studies showed their worth to be around $665M.
Reynolds has stated in a recent episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon that he was looking for a partnership in this adventure, someone with really really deep pockets!
The actor is already involved in the sporting business since he bought the Wrexham FC a professional football club in England.
