MAJOR | Coyotes relocated again: Gary Bettman confirmed the rumors
The Coyotes' relocation will be this summer's top story. The Franchise's bill for a new building fell through, and they must find a new location because an NHL franchise cannot play in a 5000 seats Arena.
Clayton Keller and a few other players came forward and openly showed their disappointment, and now the Coyotes and Gary Bettman are taking damage-control measures to find a solution. The League's commissioner addressed the subject in a recent press conference:
'Bettman says the Arizona Coyotes are studying options in the Phoenix area''
'Arizona Coyotes are exploring other options in greater Phoenix area, says Bettman. Hope is that one of those options works out.''
Bettman still believes in having an NHL team in the desert. Are the people in the desert genuinely interested in having a team?
It's already been reported that different owners throughout the league were starting to share their disappointment regarding the Coyotes' failure of a franchise. Perhaps it's time they finally move them out of Arizona?
