Postponed Game: Official Statement from the league
The NHL has just postponed a game due to expected weather conditions in Buffalo on December 23rd.
Due to an expected severe winter storm on the 23rd in Buffalo, the game opposing the Sabres to the Lightning will be postponed to March 4th.
The Sabres were supposed to play the Flyers on that day, that game will instead be played on January 9th.
It's not the first time this year that Buffalo's sports teams have to reschedule a sporting event, since it happened with the Bills earlier in 2022.
