SIGNING ALERT | The Canucks have signed a European free agent
The Vancouver Canucks and Patrik Allvin came out today to announce a big signing.
Allvin announced that the team had agreed to terms on a two-year deal with the European Free Agent Nikita Tolopilo. A Belarus native listed at 6'6'' and 229 pounds, he surely represent an intriguing netminder.
Tolopilo played in one of Sweden's top-tier leagues in the Hockey Allsvenkan and had an outstanding 28-17-0 record in 45 starts during which he maintained 2.10 goals-against average along with an impressive 0.924 save percentage.
