The Canucks gave up another game to the LA Kings in a hard-fought defeat.

There'save been many discussions again regarding the officiating over the last few games. This time, the Canucks captain was the victim of a vicious behind-the-back, late hit from Trevor Moore.

Trevor Moore with a late hit to the back of Quinn Hughes. Canucks get a power play, but Hughes was slow making his way back to the bench after.

Everybody went nuts from this sequence, primarily after Nikita Zadorov was awarded a five-minute game misconduct for a «simi" ar play'' a "w days ago.

Hughes ended up being all right and was right back at it when the Canucks got into the powerplay. It caused an enormous reaction since Moore noticed a match penalty, mainly after they'd served one on Nikita Zadoroc just days ago for a similar play.

The announcement eventually came through from Rick Dhaliwal, but the Canucks Insider confirmed that there would not be further punishment for Moore:

Nothing is coming from DOPS for Moore.
