The Vancouver Canucks' projected lineup has been revealed ahead of Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the second stop of their three-game road trip.

After falling to the Carolina Hurricanes in overtime in Friday's road trip opener, where they lost Filip Hronek due to a hit to the head by Andrei Svechnikov, the Vancouver Canucks will be back in action today as they take on Nikita Kucherov and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Much like Vancouver, the Tampa Bay Lightning have been dealing with some injury issues of their own this season, with names like Brandon Hagel, Anthony Cirelli, Victor Hedman and Ryan McDonagh all all missing out on last night's game against their state rivals, the Florida Panthers.
"Jon Cooper confirms the following players will be missing from the game tonight ...

Cirelli
Hagel
Holmberg
James
Paul

Hedman
McDonagh" Lightning reporter Gabby Shirley said on X.

As Vancouver gears up for tonight's game and hopefully a return to the win column, their projected lineup has been released by NHL.com.

Despite being signed by the club on Saturday afternoon, Czech centerman David Kampf will not be in the lineup today as he only traveled to meet the team in Tampa earlier on Sunday.
There could be some last minute changes to the lineup closer to puck drop, one of which may involve Quinn Hughes, who is reportedly a game-time decision today according to General Manager Patrik Allvin.
"Patrik Allvin says Quinn Hughes is a game time decision against Tampa Bay." Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 said.
If Quinn Hughes is unable to suit up for today's game, here's what the Canucks' lineup could look like, with Kevin Lankinen set to get his second straight start and 11th apperance of the 2025-26 season.
