An NHL insider has linked Vancouver Canucks pending unrestricted free agent forward Brock Boeser to nine teams leading up to the window opening on July 1st.

We're a little over a week from the opening of the National Hockey League's free agency period and rumors continue to swirl regarding who will be in the mix to land some of the top UFAs starting on Canada Day.
Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser lands pretty high on most free agent lists, with the Burnsville, Minnesota native expected to leave the club after 554 games with them since the spring of 2017 and he's recently been linked to a number of teams around the National Hockey League.
"Boeser, 28, is a 'longshot' to re-sign with the Canucks, one team source confirmed to me this week. He is prepared to move on to the next chapter of his career and will attract significant interest this summer, especially given the limited market." David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period said in May.

In his most recent 'Top 40 Free Agents' list, David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period linked Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser to nine different clubs around the National Hockey League.
Among the teams Boeser has been linked to include the Minnesota Wild and Los Angeles Kings, who he's been connected to in the past, along with the Anaheim Ducks, Buffalo Sabres, Chicago Blackhawks, Detroit Red Wings, Nashville Predators, Ottawa Senators and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
"For teams looking to add some scoring punch in their top-six, Boeser is a top option for them to pursue this July.

Teams Reportedly Linked: Los Angeles, Minnesota, Ottawa, Tampa Bay, Anaheim, Buffalo, Chicago, Nashville, Detroit" The Fourth Period said.

The Vancouver Canucks would have loved to have been able to keep Brock Boeser but the two sides couldn't agree on term, with the pending UFA wanting longer than a five-year contract, which was reportedly offered to him by Patrik Allvin early in the 2024-25 season.
With Brock Boeser expected to leave officially on July 1st, the Vancouver Canucks continue to evaluate their options to replace him in the top-six, with with former Stanley Cup champion Jonathan Marchessault named as an option for Patrik Allvin and Jim Rutherford.
