Here's another example of the play, which implicated the Caps and Evgeny Kuznetsov, where the play was also deemed on-side.
With all the controversy surrounding the off-sides call when the players are in control of the puck, should the NHL look at the possibility of clarifying the rule and not letting as much room for judgment?
