One punch KO in the WHL from an unexpected player
The players' awareness has grown through the years and as a result, the number of fights has dramatically decreased. Though it doesn't mean they've stopped or that they're less spectacular.
In the game opposing the Kelowna Rockets and Seattle Thunderbirds, Jared Davidson, a player who's definitely not known for his fists knocked down his opponent with a one-punch.
Davidson has been an offensive standout in the WHL for the last two year. He was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the most recent draft with the 130th overall pick. Since his season has begun, he's had 47 points in 28 games and had 89 in 64 last year. To see that he can drop the gloves like that as well in quite impressive indeed, could he be part of the next generation of enforcers?
