It's a secret to nobody that the Canucks are on the market for defensemen. Patrik Allvin has been connected to many different names, but a recent sighting leads us to believe that he may have alreayd made his choice.

AN ETHAN BEAR REUNION HAPPENING SOON?
Often linked to the unrestricted free agent Ethan Bear, new evidence suggests that Allvin may already be working on a deal to bring him back.
Earlier this week, Bear was seen skating with his Canucks' gear and now he was seen boarding a plane headed to Vancouver with his equipment:
‘'I don't know why—could be pure coincidence—but Ethan Bear is boarding a plane headed for Vancouver right now. And he's bringing his hockey sticks with him.''

PRECISELY WHAT THE CANUCKS ORDERED?
The Canucks are in need of defenseman and especially right handed one. Not only was Bear excellent in his time with the team last year, but before his injury at the World Championships he was presumed to be a core piece of Rutherford's plan moving forward.
Would Bear be the piece the Canucks need to solidify their team's defense? How would that look:
Hughes - Hronek
Cole - Bear
Soucy - Myers
Friedman / Juulsen
