Now, it was just announced that the Canucks made another splash, signing 26-year-old former 23rd overall pick in the 2017 NHL draft in order to bolster some big holes that have been left on their blue line.

In his second stint with the Penguins appearing in just 24 games after being traded by the St. Louis Blues, Pierre-Olivier Joseph is on his way to Vancouver after signing a one-year contract worth $775,000.
A first-round pick by the Arizona Coyotes in 2017, Joseph has 194 games of NHL experience with the Pittsburgh Penguins and St. Louis Blues.
Last season between the Penguins and Blues, Joseph had zero goal and just 3 assists.
