Former Canuck Jannik Hansen weighs in Joshua's future in Vancouver
There's been a few break out players from the Canucks' season and among them Dakota Joshua has been one whose impact transcended onto every aspect of the game.
The gritty power forward will be up for a new deal at the end of the current season and lots of debates over his true value are getting heated. Joshua is having a career season and is living up to every expectation that we're set for him earlier in the season.
The majority of his offensive success came alongside Teddy Blueger and Conor Garland, but since he came back from his injury he's made it clear that his production will remain whoever he lines up with.
The former Canucks Jannik Hansen was on Sportnset650 earlier and gave his thoughts on the possibility of Joshua inking a contract with a $3M AAV. His answer won't win him any popularity contests, that's certain:
I love him as a player, but 3 millions is too much
