LATEST | Allvin announces another roster movement ahead of tonight's game
The Canucks have had to use different players due to injuries this year, especially in the net front position after Demko's injury.
Though this time, it's actually Collin Delia who needed time off, since Allvin recalled the young Arturs Silovs from Abbotsford. It'll be his second stint with the big club in 2023.
Rick Tocchet even confirmed that the youngster would be getting the start. Thatcher Demko has been a force of nature since coming back from his injury, but he's been between the pipes for the team's last three games. He'll therefore be awarded a very well deserved night off.
Silovs has done great in the AHL this season but also in the occasions he had whilst in the big league. He'll have another opportunity to prove his worth tonight against the Predators.
